GET READY TO JUMP IN!

Learning to swim is a defining and memorable experience in your child's life. Our passionate team of certified instructors is here to make sure it is a positive experience for all. Through our small class sizes, warm water, individual attention and passionate team of certified instructors, we are committed to teaching all swimmers to learn to love and respect the water.

icon-1 When To Signup

You are welcome to jump-in to lessons at any time. Most of our classes occur on a perpetual schedule - the same time and place each week. Once you or your swimmer is enrolled, classes simply continue until you wish to withdraw. Our goal is to make swim lessons a fun part of your child’s regular routine, and do it in a way that is as convenient as possible for your family’s busy schedule. (We also have a bit of experience at this and we know that consistency and frequency are important to building independent swimmers!)

clock-regular Arriving On Your First Day

Please join us 15 minutes prior to your class time on your first day. We’ll make sure you have completed all of your account registration information, show you around and give you and your swimmer a minute to acclimate to your new swim school.  Our on deck manager will gather students for their classes just a few minutes prior to their class start time. Once you’re in the swing of things, arriving 5-10 minutes works for most families. Most importantly, be sure your swimmer is ready to dive in on time.

suitcase-rolling-solid What to bring to lessons

We ask all swimmers to bring goggles, a swimsuit, a swim cap and a towel. Swim caps help keep swimmers hair out of their way and keep their goggles on! All swimmers under the age of 3 years (and those who are not fully potty trained) must wear a reusable diaper in addition to a disposable swim diaper.

eye-regular Where to watch your child’s lesson

Our dedicated swim schools have a climate controlled viewing area with floor to ceiling glass so parents can keep a close eye on their swimmer(s) from our lobby area. We ask parents to not join us in the pool area unless we’re showing off your swimmer’s skills in a special Splash-N-Tell lesson or you are in a ParentTot or Toddler Transition class. We’ve found that this approach helps students stay focused improving their progression and skill retention. At our schools hosted in a fitness club, we ask parents to watch their child’s lesson from the designated viewing area on deck. Parents or caregivers are always required to stay on the premises during lessons.

icon-1 Progress Updates

Our team of instructors keep detailed skill trackers for all of our swimmers. We’ll keep you updated on your child’s progress through our Splash-N-Tell sessions where your kiddo has the opportunity to show off their latest life saving skills in addition to progress reports that keep you up-to-date on your students level and completed swim skills. If you’d like more frequent updates, please don’t hesitate to ask our team. There’s nothing more fun than watching the pride in your little swimmer when they show off to mom and dad!
