Join swim lessons at any time!

It's simple. You pick a class, enroll in that class, and stay enrolled until your child completes his/her level or you put in a withdrawal request. No long-term commitment, only 30-day notice required to withdraw. We offer swim lessons once, twice, or three times times per week! Private lessons and swim team are also available.

Here are some frequently asked questions about perpetual enrollment:

Q:  Will my teacher change?
Once you enroll for the class your teacher will remain the same until your child promotes to another level.  Please keep in mind that sometimes our teachers get sick and need a sub.  Our teachers are permitted to change their schedules 3 times during the year to be flexible with their school schedules.  It is possible your teacher might change during this time and we will do everything we can to find a solution for you if this happens.

Q: What is the make-up lesson policy?
One free make-up lesson per month for an absence with notice.  Each additional make-up is $5.  For the full make-up policy click here.

Q.  How will I know when my child is ready to promote?
You can follow their progress online through your parent portal or speak to your Deck Manager.  A child promotes when all skills have been completed for that level.

Q.  What happens when my child gets promoted?
Your deck manager will give you a schedule for the new level your child needs.  You will need to pick a day/time that works for you and transfer to that class.  Your child will receive a certificate for their level completion.

Q.  Can we transfer to another class if we need to rearrange our schedule?
Yes.  As long as it is a permanent transfer.

Q.  What if I want to withdraw from lessons?
You will need to fill out a 30 day notice withdraw form and a stop date will be assigned.

Q.  Is a credit card required to keep on file?
Yes.  All enrollments are required to keep a current credit card on file.

Q.  What if I don't want to pay monthly?
You may pay for months in advance if you like.  The 30 day withdraw notice is still required.

Q.  How much is the monthly charge?
Price of lesson x number of lessons in the month = Monthly Total
